Lead the visual identity of campaigns and brand systems. Direct designers, illustrators, and photographers from concept to launch.

Set the visual direction across brand and campaign work. Lead designers, push craft, and keep every output unmistakably on-brand.

What you'll do

• Define art direction for brand identity and campaign work
• Lead and review the work of designers and external collaborators
• Direct photoshoots and oversee retouching
• Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in brand or campaign design, ideally agency side
• Outstanding portfolio with strong typography and layout craft
• Experience directing photographers, illustrators, and 3D artists
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
