Senior Account Manager

Own a portfolio of brand and performance clients. You are the bridge between the client and our creative, content, and media teams.

Lead client relationships end-to-end. Translate brand goals into briefs, keep delivery sharp, and grow accounts through trust and craft.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day client communication, briefs, timelines, and reporting
• Translate business goals into clear briefs for creative and media teams
• Lead monthly reviews and quarterly strategy sessions
• Identify upsell opportunities and grow existing accounts

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in account management at an agency (branding or performance)
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and 5+ accounts in parallel
• Comfort reading paid-media and content performance reports
